- En una cacerola, pon a calentar agua, la última parte de cebolla, el laurel, el orégano y un chorrito de aceite, cuando suelte el hervor, vierte la pasta, espera unos 8 a 12 minutos para que la pasta quede al dente (esto depende el tiempo aproximado que diga el envoltorio de tu pasta), cuando esté lista la pasta solo drena el agua y retira la cebolla y el laurel.
- Para el montaje, pon en un refractario de tu preferencia, una cama de pasta, seguida por una porción de carne que cubra en su mayoría la pasta, pon unas rebanadas de queso y sigue así hasta terminar con todos los ingredientes.
- Por último si lo prefieres puedes meter en el horno la lasagna, por unos 5 minutos para que el queso se funda o bien por 2 minutos en el microondas, de lo contrario solo con el calor de la carne se va derretir.
